Batman

I am Batman, but my alias is Krista Sitton.  I’m currently a senior in high school, but I’ll be graduating very, very soon.  I started this blog and invited some of my friends because as we graduate (except for Beth) we’re going seperate ways, and I want us to all to keep in touch.

I have a huge family, I’m talking twenty-people-huge.  My parents had four kids and my three siblings have one girl and three boys each, so there ya go.  I love them all to bits and I wouldn’t trade them for anything.

I love a lot of things, but to narrow it down a bit, I’m a photographer, writer, and musician.  I take pictures of anything and everything.  I write a lot, mostly about these two kiddos named Leah and Jason.  You’ll probably be hearing about them.  I play the flute and piccolo as my two main instruments, and I can pick some stuff out on a few other instruments.  I positively love the piano even though I’m not that great at it.  I love love love love love music, especially soundtracks, but I listen to just about everything.

I bust out singing in the middle of public places, I canter around the mall, and I am quite loud.  I’m sure I embarrass my friends sometimes.  I know I embarrass my mom, but I don’t really care.  She still loves me, and that’s what matters.    I love quirky facts and dancing in the dark or in the rain with my best friends.  My favorite places are the ones where I can be myself.  Being myself is really big for me, because for the longest time I lived in a shell with no existing self-confidence.  Now, because of a lot of things, I actually believe in myself, and I’ve started to crack the shell.  My friends know the real me, and that’s why I love them so much.  They’re still here, even though they know the insanity.

I’m a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and I love saying that even though it’s a mouthful.  I love my young women, they’re totally my sisters.  Mess with them, and you’re messing with an army of superheroes.  No joke.

I like vocabulary and funny ways of saying things.  I’m fascinated and obsessed with a lot of things, including lightning, volcanoes, big cats, storms, Gargoyles, Twilight, Harry Potter, super heroes, BATMAN, Smallville, House, Supernatural, National Geographic, and History.  I’m a hopeless romantic yet I stand strong by my belief that seventeen-year-olds shouldn’t be allowed to fall in love.  Oh, and I have a LOT of hair that I love.  I’m about to cut it, though, and donate it to locks of love.  That’s going to be nerve-wracking for sure.
